Law on the right of withdrawal

"Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code sets out the cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concluded at a distance and off-premises. The 12th point of this article stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time".
